This is by no means a definitive list, everyone has their own way of doing things but we hope you will find it useful, why not laminate it and leave it with your kit bag?
 
1.Important Items – UK and Abroad

Basic Tool Kit including; Sockets, flat and cross head screwdrivers, cable ties, Cleaning Rags duct tape, Latex Gloves, Torch, Loctite, Electrical Tape & Epoxy Metal Putty   
Medical Kit including; Ibubrofen tablets or gel, plasters, blister plasters, Card with emergency contacts and allergy information   
Drinking Water, Chocolate, Fruit & Snacks
