Maxon Tyre Warmers 190/120

Having spent over a year in development, assisted by tyre technicians from the British Superbike Series, and in keeping with all Maxon parts by using only the best & most advanced materials available these are without doubt the best quality tyre warmers on the market.

These tyre warmers are constructed using 200g Dupont® Kevlar for the insulation, 180g Dupont® Nomex for the inner wall, the heating elements which zigzag to ensure maximum heat spread are coated with GE® Silicon and the ultra tough and water resistant outer shell is produced from 600D Kodula.

The sidewalls are elasticised so the warmers fit tightly around the whole tyre and tyre walls without the needs for pull cords.

Thermostatically controlled to keep the tyres at a consistent temperature there is also a red L.E.D light to indicate when the power is on, this turns to green when on standby, or at temperature - 80 degrees centigrade. The super efficient insulation has allowed Maxon to reduce the wattage required to 900W so they can be run from a 1000W generator.
